Program Description
This is an innovative Cantonese course designed for people with intermediate Mandarin competence but have little or no knowledge of the Cantonese language. With a focus on speaking and listening skills, the course aims at building up participants' proficiency and confidence in using Cantonese for daily communication. Through a communicative and functional approach, and the use of interactive activities, it will help participants to acquire new vocabulary and basic structures in real-life situations.

Travel Arrangements
Allied Gateway organizes trips out of Guangzhou every month. Participants can sign up for yourself and your friends. Popular trip destinations include: Hong Kong, Shanghai, Yangshuo, Phenix Ancient City, Zhaoqing, Shaoguan and Shenzhen at discounted prices. Two-way transportaion by train, accommodation at 3-star hotel, food and all the admission cost and local transportation are included. A staff from Allied Gateway and an English speaking tour guide will accompany you through the tour.
In addition, Allied Gateway staff will help you with your own trip plan as well such as hotel arrangements and transportation booking when needed.

Airport Transfer
Allied Gateway prvides airport pick-up service to Program Participants. Our staff will meet you at the arrival gate after your get your luggage and take you to your accommodation. You need to provide us with correct flight information – flight number / flight date 2 weeks before your program starts. Airport drop-off service is offered to participants at the end of the program. To make sure smooth transition, you will be provided with Allied Gateway contact number before you come to China in case of last minute changes.
